I, David Suetterlein, Chairman of the Roanoke County Republican Committee do hereby call a meeting of the Roanoke County Republican Committee to be held at the Roanoke County Administration Center, located at 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2012 for the following purposes:
1. Election of Vice Chairman for 2012-2014 term;
2. Election of Secretary for 2012-2014 term;
3. Election of Treasurer for 2012-2014 term;
4. Announcement of Magisterial District Chairmen;
5. Establishing dues for fiscal year 2012;
6. Consideration of budget for fiscal year 2012;
7. Campaign Reports
8. Legislative Update
9. Election of new members; and
10. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting. |
